Return And Refund Policy

We operate a 30-day return policy under which you shall raise a request to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the said products.

 

For this item to be eligible for a return, it should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The order number should be presented together with the confirmation email or proof of purchase.

 

For any return queries, contact: support@thegoldengrafitti.com. Since the ring is custom made according to your chosen ring size/diamond/gold option, any return that is unrelated to any manufacturing quality defect will attract 20% restocking fees for Moissanite and 30% restocking fees for CVD jewelry items. This is for covering the labor involved with resizing and servicing the returned piece. If the returned piece is in need of much cleaning or repair work, or is in any other state that makes it impossible to be resold, then we will apply a high restocking fee proportional to the extremity of the repair work needed.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within a short while if the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

The Following items Can Not Be Returned or Exchanged except for the condition of the arrival of the items: 

  • Custom or personalized orders; 
  • eternity bands made to order; 
  • Items on Sale; 
  • Items Purchased During a Sale Event.
  • Any physical damage on the product

 

Customers interested in the exchange of their ring will face a 20% restocking fee that will be withheld from the original amount customers pay for one of our rings. The percentage withheld will be deducted and the balance utilized towards the customer's new purchase. Simultaneously at the point in the process, the balance needed to make the exchange will be charged to the customer.

 

Under this policy, any exchange must occur within 30 days of delivery of the ring. It does not include credits for future purchase. There is only one exchange allowed for every piece.

It would be appreciated if you could inform us in advance in the event you decide to return your jewelry, so we can watch for it and secure it. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by you: we strongly recommend insuring your parcel upon returning it and urge you to use a traceable courier service, but we may not be held responsible for products lost in the mail.

REFUNDS

Contact us for confirmation once we've received and inspected your return. Depending on the outcome, we'll let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If it happens to be approved, you'll be refunded through your original payment method. Please, stay advised that the process for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund might take some time too.

RESIZING

If your ring size does not fit you, we can resize it for you free of charge. You will pay for shipping to send the ring back to us. — Our current timeline to make resizing requests: 1-2 weeks from when we receive your ring.

 

Sizing a ring is not a universal process. While we have your ring for the resize, we'll do a full inspection. Part of our process will easily include addressing minor issues related to ordinary wear and tear. If we are going to do anything beyond that, we will send you an intake form to get your approval. We will then re-perfect your ring.

 

Sometimes, we only exchange the original ring for the exact same one in your size, instead of resizing. This we do either if a resize a) would take too long or b) would compromise what the design is about. Exchange would be on plain gold bands without any stones. And as with all of our products, the ring for exchange would be custom made from the beginning. And as with all products, if we recommend that option, of course we'll follow up with you.

 

The customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from, and those charges may include duties for your international customers.

 

Please Note: At the time of your purchase, you will be able to choose the "Eternity Band" style option, and the charge to resize will be $200 instead of our regular complimentary service. We will be required to receive a confirmation of your ring size by email before we are able to proceed with the production of your item.

Information About Repairs

If you already have a repair, please send an email to support@thegoldengrafitti.com.. Here are some of the most important:

  • Our repair technicians fill out a worksheet that points out the current condition of the piece and what kind of repair work is required. We always return a copy of the repair form back to you—just so we're all on the same page.
  • We will jump on it right away, without you having to approve of a job that has a warrantable problem. That may include any of the following: 

             - Replacement or resetting of stones 

             - Replacing the setting 

             - Prong work or replacement 

             - Replacement of thinner areas of the band 

             - Ring sizing

 

  • Prior to mailing your article or research paper into us, please let us know if: 1) You would prefer that some or all of said warranty work not be performed, or 2) You would like a chance to review and consent to the work that is to be performed, before we start.
  • We will notify you upon everything found to be outside the warranty. In this case, you will not be required to avail of the repair
  • Shipping fees to the location of the warranty and return is charged to the customers
  • The standard now time frame for the repair to be processed upon the receipt of your piece is 2-3 weeks.



Please Note: In the rare case you should need a new stone for your piece, we cannot assure you that limited or one-of-a-kind stones can be replaced. If we can't get the same stone, we will send you an alternative and not proceed without your approval. We understand things happen and fine jewelry is delicate. There are  things to care for your jewelry.
