To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: For returns, kindly contact us at support@thegoldengraffiti.com. Ensure that the item is in the same condition as received. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our designs, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee, covering the labor for resizing and polishing.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, inspect it promptly. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Refunds: We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you'll be refunded through your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Resizing: For resizing requests, we offer free resizes. You only pay for shipping. Our current timeline for resizing requests is 1-2 weeks from receiving your item.

Our repair specialists will assess the work needed, and we'll initiate repairs covered under the warranty without requiring approval. Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways for repairs.
